How ABT Works

How can I order products from the ABT catalog?

By Phone:  There are a variety of ways to order products through ABT. If you have questions with our order, the easiest way is to call 1-877-77A-BTEC.

Print and FAX or mail:  If you want to share a purchase decision with another person, you can print an information packet. Look for the Information Packet Icon associated with your product selection.

Online Ordering: You may order directly over the Internet using our secure order form. As a part of processing your order, you will be contacted by phone.

How long does it take to receive a product I order from ABT?

Normal delivery time will take approximately two weeks. Expedited orders are available upon request. All delivery charges are added to the order.

How long is it before we receive a response to a question I place on the ABT bulletin board?

There are three different ways to receive responses to questions posted on our bulletin board. Peer responses will be posted as received. ABT will post answers to questions by the 15th of the following month or sooner. Direct responses may be received by including your Email address with your request. When direct responses are made, they cannot be captured on the bulletin board.

Can I send articles that I find to ABT to be placed in the article section of the web site?

We encourage you to forward information that you believe will benefit your colleagues. We suggest that you call the 1-877-77A-BTEC   number and discuss the article with ABT. We will inform you where to send, fax or e-mail the article. ABT secures the proper permissions and scans the article as needed for posting.

What if I have a complaint for ABT, what should I do?

Please call the 1-877-77A-BTEC. We encourage anyone who reads this web page, and uses any of the ABT products or services to let us know about them. Our goal is to be sure you receive what you need in a way that satisfies you.

What is the ABT return policy?

All return items need to have a return authorization number issued by ABT customer service. All products much be returned in their original shipping containers, in complete, and in original condition. Customers should notify customer service with any orders received incomplete within 48 hours.

Who or What is Navik Solutions and how is it connected to ABT?

Navik Solutions Programs are a psycho-educational product line developed by ABT.  Additional information about those products can be obtained in the Products and Services Catalog section of this web site.   At present Navik Solutions offers three psycho-educational, skill-building products:

Aspire is a psycho-educational program designed for adults needing assistance in changing high incidence behaviors that interfere with interpersonal success. Aspire teaches participants skills that change their lifestyle, enhances their therapy and assists them to live more productive and fulfilled lives.

ReUnion is a psycho-educational program for adolescents and their families. ReUnion provides a structured approach to addressing the lifestyle needs of adolescents who require behavioral health assistance.

Character Unlimited is a character development program. The program offers professionals a self-contained, evidence based prevention program that teaches the basics of character: Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility.

There are several additional products currently in development and are expected to go on-line beginning in the Fall of 2000.

What does Navik mean?

Navik is Russian for “Skills”. Navik Solutions programs are skills development focused.

The ABT website is most effective browsed using MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later versions. In some instances, PDF files and or Word Processing documents are available. Provider Partners also have access to FTP for file transfers and browser access to various reports.
